Description

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth and thickened.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti with the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
