Description

A refreshing and lightly sweet berry chantilly latte made with espresso, milk, and a fruity whipped topping. This café-style drink is perfect for a flavorful twist on your daily coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine mixed berries and sugar. Cook until berries break down and form a syrup, about 5–7 minutes. Strain if desired and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold in a few tablespoons of the cooled berry syrup to create berry chantilly cream.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the milk.
  4. Add the espresso shot over the milk.
  5. Top with the berry chantilly cream.
  6. Drizzle additional berry syrup on top if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen berries if fresh are not available.
  • Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of your berries.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and plant-based milk.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
