Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
  3. In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped herbs.
  4. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your preferred doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the cooked eggs on top of the cream cheese toast.
