Ingredients
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (or allergy friendly substitute)
- 3 cups mashed banana
- 1 cup milk of choice (or water)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or honey or agave)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (or chocolate protein powder)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Add the peanut butter, mashed banana, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and whisk until combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats, cocoa powder, salt, and chocolate chips if using.
- Mix until a uniform batter forms.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
