Description

These cheesecake frozen yogurt bars are a refreshing and creamy treat layered with strawberry swirls, crunchy graham crackers, and a drizzle of white chocolate. Perfect for a lighter dessert or summer snack.


Ingredients

  • 1.25 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or small tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix thoroughly until smooth and combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet using a spatula.
  4. Add dollops of strawberry jam over the yogurt mixture and swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries, crushed graham crackers, and a drizzle of melted white chocolate if using.
  6. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until firm. Overnight freezing works well too.
  7. Once frozen, break or cut into bars and store in a freezer-safe container.
