These cheesecake frozen yogurt bars are a refreshing and creamy treat layered with strawberry swirls, crunchy graham crackers, and a drizzle of white chocolate. Perfect for a lighter dessert or summer snack.
Ingredients
- 1.25 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or small tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix thoroughly until smooth and combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet using a spatula.
- Add dollops of strawberry jam over the yogurt mixture and swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
- Top with sliced strawberries, crushed graham crackers, and a drizzle of melted white chocolate if using.
- Freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until firm. Overnight freezing works well too.
- Once frozen, break or cut into bars and store in a freezer-safe container.

- Swap strawberry jam for raspberry or blueberry preserves for a different flavor.
