Description

A refreshing chia bowl layered with creamy chia pudding and sweet strawberry jam, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens into a pudding.
  3. To make the strawberry jam, add the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Cook while stirring occasionally until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10–15 minutes. Let it cool.
  5. Layer the chia pudding in a bowl or glass and top with the strawberry jam.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.
