Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 12 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens into a pudding.
  3. To make the strawberry jam, add the strawberries and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens. Let it cool.
  5. Layer the chia pudding in a bowl or glass, then add the strawberry jam on top.
