Description

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and slightly fluffy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
  5. Mix in the flour, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until just set in the center.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
