Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 120 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and slightly fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Mix in the flour, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until just set in the center.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
