Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (of choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder (30 g)
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt (or 1 banana)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Sweetener (of choice), to taste
- Optional spoonful of almond butter
Instructions
- Add the cold milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt or frozen banana, ground cinnamon, salt, sweetener, and optional almond butter to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and granola if desired.
