Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 head Boston bibb lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 English cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces turkey meat, cubed
- 8 ounces ham, cubed
- 8 ounces roast beef, cubed
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 portion thousand island dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the iceberg and Boston bibb lettuces to a large serving bowl.
- Layer the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey, ham, roast beef, hard-boiled eggs, and avocado over the lettuce.
