- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into evenly sized nugget pieces.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip into the eggs, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the nuggets in batches for 4 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked nuggets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
- You can bake the nuggets at 425°F for 18 to 20 minutes instead of frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
