Description

These deviled strawberries are a quick and creamy no-bake dessert filled with sweet vegan cheesecake-style filling and topped with crunchy graham cracker crumbs. They’re perfect for parties, holidays, or an easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz strawberries
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup Cocowhip or other vegan whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice each strawberry lengthwise. Arrange them on a serving tray or trim a small slice from the back of each strawberry so they sit flat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, vegan whipped cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
  5. Pipe the filling onto each strawberry half.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top before serving.

Notes

  • Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
  • Use fresh, firm strawberries for easier assembly.
  • These are best enjoyed the same day they are prepared.
  • Crushed vegan cookies can be used instead of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
