Description

Ingredients
- 15 oz strawberries
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup Cocowhip or other vegan whipped cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs, for garnish
Instructions
- Slice each strawberry lengthwise. Arrange them on a serving tray or trim a small slice from the back of each strawberry so they sit flat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, vegan whipped cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
- Pipe the filling onto each strawberry half.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top before serving.
