Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup cantaloupe balls
  • Wooden skewers
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Thread the strawberries, grapes, pineapple, blueberries, and cantaloupe onto wooden skewers in colorful patterns.
  2. Arrange the fruit skewers on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender.
  4. Add the maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  5. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Serve the fruit skewers with the cashew maple dip on the side.
