Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup cantaloupe balls
- Wooden skewers
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Thread the strawberries, grapes, pineapple, blueberries, and cantaloupe onto wooden skewers in colorful patterns.
- Arrange the fruit skewers on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender.
- Add the maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 15 minutes.
