Description

This easy shaved watermelon yogurt bowl is refreshing, creamy, and perfect for warm days. Made with frozen shaved watermelon, yogurt, and fresh toppings, it is a light and healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen watermelon, shaved or grated
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Freeze watermelon chunks until completely solid.
