Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen watermelon, shaved or grated
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Freeze watermelon chunks until completely solid.
- Using a grater or food processor, shave or grate the frozen watermelon into a bowl.
