Description

A simple and delicious strawberry tart with a buttery base, creamy filling, and fresh strawberries on top. Perfect for a light dessert or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300 g fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the base and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream separately until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream filling evenly over the chilled base.
  6. Arrange the fresh strawberries on top.
  7. Warm the strawberry jam slightly and brush it over the strawberries for shine.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
