Description
These eggless cheesecake brownies combine rich chocolate brownie layers with a creamy cheesecake swirl for a decadent dessert. Perfectly fudgy and easy to make, they are ideal for gatherings or an indulgent treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk in the sugar, yogurt, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Fold until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread most of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top, then add remaining brownie batter in small dollops.
- Use a knife to swirl the cheesecake and brownie layers together.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is just set. Cool completely before slicing.
