Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined. Do not overmix.
