  • 3 tablespoons baking cocoa powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract to a medium mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  2. Sift the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet ingredients. Whisk vigorously until a smooth batter forms.
