Description

A vibrant green margarita made with fresh citrus, herbs, and tequila for a refreshing and zesty cocktail. Perfect for warm days or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 small jalapeño, seeded
  • 1 cup ice
  • Lime wedges and salt for rim (optional)

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim a glass with lime juice and dip in salt. Set aside.
  2. Add tequila, lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup, spinach, cilantro, jalapeño, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and vibrant green.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or citrus as needed.
  5. Pour into prepared glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust jalapeño amount based on desired spice level.
  • Use honey instead of agave if preferred.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit tequila and add sparkling water.
