Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach leaves (tough stems removed)
  • 1 cup coconut water (or water, or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (peeled and seeds removed)
  • 1/3 cup frozen banana slices
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add the spinach, liquid of choice, avocado, cucumber, banana, pineapple, mint, and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and desired consistency is reached, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
