Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut water (or water, or unsweetened almond milk)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (peeled and seeds removed)
- 1/3 cup frozen banana slices
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Add the spinach, liquid of choice, avocado, cucumber, banana, pineapple, mint, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and desired consistency is reached, about 30 to 45 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
