Description

A creamy, high-protein yogurt fruit dip available in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors. Perfect for pairing with fresh fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 23 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 56 large strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. For the chocolate and vanilla versions, add all ingredients for each flavor into separate bowls.
  2. Whisk each mixture until completely smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. The chocolate version may require extra honey to balance the cocoa.
  4. For the strawberry version, remove the tops from the strawberries and add them to a blender along with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust flavor as desired. Note that the strawberry dip will be thinner in consistency.
  7. Serve immediately with fresh fruit, graham crackers, or pretzels.

Notes

  • Fresh strawberries enhance flavor more than jam alone.
  • Add extra honey to taste depending on protein powder sweetness.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Serve chilled for best taste and texture.
  • Great with grapes, apples, pineapple, peaches, and strawberries.
