Description

Rich and fudgy brownies made with milk chocolate, offering a smooth, sweet flavor and a soft, dense texture perfect for any dessert lover.


Ingredients

  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and slightly fluffy. Add the vanilla extract.
  4. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and gently fold until fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
