Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the filling evenly onto each tortilla and roll tightly into flautas.
- Place the rolled flautas seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
