Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
