Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 10 slices smoked turkey
- 6–8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F. Roll out the pizza dough onto a pizza stone, baking sheet, or pizza paddle into a large circle shape.
- Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Top with 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Add the smoked turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, and dill pickle slices evenly across the pizza.
- Pat the pickle slices dry with a paper towel before adding them to prevent excess moisture on the pizza.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.
