Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into even squares or rectangles.
  3. Place pastry pieces onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread a small amount of pizza sauce onto each piece, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Top with mini pepperoni slices and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
  7. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
