Description

Ingredients

  • 200 g protein pudding
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, protein pudding, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  5. Pour small portions of batter into the pan to form pancakes.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
