Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Toss gently to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit more oil if needed.
- Add the salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately as an appetizer or over rice, salad, or vegetables.
