Description

Crispy, flavorful salmon bites seasoned and pan-seared to perfection, making a quick and protein-packed meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit more oil if needed.
  4. Add the salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  6. Serve immediately as an appetizer or over rice, salad, or vegetables.
