Description

Ingredients

  • 5 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the apple mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine crushed Biscoff cookies, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the topping is golden and the apples are tender.
  7. Allow the crumble to cool slightly before serving warm.
