Ingredients
- 5 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine crushed Biscoff cookies, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the topping is golden and the apples are tender.
- Allow the crumble to cool slightly before serving warm.
