Ingredients
- 1 12-inch pizza crust
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Top with the chopped onion, provolone cheese, parmesan cheese, and asiago cheese.
- Add the spinach leaves evenly over the top and sprinkle the feta cheese crumbles over the spinach.
- Place the pizza directly on the center oven rack and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- For extra browning, place the pizza under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Add grilled chicken, sausage, or rotisserie chicken for extra protein.
- Swap Alfredo sauce for pesto or traditional pizza sauce for a different flavor variation.
- Mozzarella cheese can be used instead of provolone.
- Add mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, or artichokes for more Mediterranean flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes or in an air fryer for a crispier crust.
- Freeze leftover slices for up to 2 months and reheat directly from frozen.
