Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/2 cup of the sugar with the water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let it boil.
- Remove from heat, add the cranberries, and stir gently for 1–2 minutes until fully coated.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cranberries to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread them out. Let them cool for 30–45 minutes until sticky.
- Place the remaining sugar in a bowl and toss the cranberries in batches until fully coated and frosted.
- Return the coated cranberries to a parchment-lined sheet and let them dry for another 30–45 minutes until set.
