Description

A creamy and naturally sweet tahini coffee date shake blended with rich espresso, nutty tahini, and soft dates for a nourishing energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, chilled coffee, pitted dates, tahini, vanilla extract, ice, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding another date.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soak dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes if they are not soft.
  • Use decaf coffee if you prefer less caffeine.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, shake before drinking.
