Description
A creamy and naturally sweet tahini coffee date shake blended with rich espresso, nutty tahini, and soft dates for a nourishing energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add almond milk, chilled coffee, pitted dates, tahini, vanilla extract, ice, and salt to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding another date.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes if they are not soft.
- Use decaf coffee if you prefer less caffeine.
- Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, shake before drinking.
