Ingredients

  • 8 cups plain popped popcorn
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or melted white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup candy-coated chocolates
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup pink candy melts or pink drizzle
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in short intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the popcorn mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the candy-coated chocolates, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles evenly over the popcorn while the chocolate is still warm.
  7. Drizzle melted pink candy melts over the top if desired.
  8. Allow the popcorn to cool completely until the chocolate hardens.
  9. Break into clusters and serve or package for gifts.

Notes

  • Use dark or milk chocolate instead of white chocolate for a different flavor variation.
  • Add crushed pretzels for extra crunch and a sweet-salty combination.
  • Mix in dried strawberries or freeze-dried raspberries for fruity flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Avoid refrigerating to maintain the popcorn’s crisp texture.
