Description

These fudgy strawberry brownies are rich, chewy, and packed with sweet strawberry flavor. Made with strawberry cake mix and white chocolate chips, they are an easy dessert perfect for spring and summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until a thick batter forms.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Spoon small dollops of strawberry jam over the batter and gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares.
