Ingredients
- 8 ounces plain cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup diced green onion (plus more for garnish)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an 8- or 9-inch baking dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, diced green onion, mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with additional diced green onion, and serve warm with vegetables or gluten-free chips.

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level.
