Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces plain cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an 8- or 9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, diced green onion, mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with additional diced green onion, and serve warm with vegetables or gluten-free chips.
