Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley until smooth.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
