Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley until smooth.
