Ingredients
- 24 artisan crisps
- 1 bunch red grapes
- 1 bunch green grapes
- 12 pieces mini Brie cheese (Supreme brand)
- 12 slices prosciutto
- Jelly of choice
Instructions
- Warm your s’mores kit according to the manufacturer’s directions, or prepare a gas broiler or open flame.
- Place a piece of mini Brie cheese onto a roasting fork.
- Carefully warm the Brie over the heat source until the edges soften and the center becomes gooey.
- Spread a small amount of jelly onto one artisan crisp.
- Transfer the warm Brie onto the prepared crisp and top with a folded ribbon of prosciutto.
- Place a second artisan crisp on top and gently press to create a sandwich.
- While pressing the sandwich together, carefully remove the roasting fork from the cheese.
- Serve immediately with red and green grapes on the side.
