Description

This rich and cozy s’mores hot chocolate combines creamy chocolate cocoa with toasted marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs for the ultimate campfire-inspired drink. Perfect for chilly evenings and holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 graham crackers, crushed
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Extra chocolate chips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until smooth and warm.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and stir continuously until fully melted and creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows.
  5. Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows if desired.
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and extra chocolate chips over the top before serving.
