Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 graham crackers, crushed
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Extra chocolate chips, for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until smooth and warm.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir continuously until fully melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
