Description

Quick and easy oven-baked s’mores with gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate sandwiched between crisp graham crackers. Perfect for making a large batch in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 20 whole graham crackers (halved into 40 squares)
  • 20 marshmallows
  • 4 Hershey chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place 20 graham cracker squares on the baking sheet and top each with a piece of chocolate.
  3. Add one marshmallow on top of each chocolate piece.
  4. Place the pan on the center rack and broil for 1–2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  5. Remove from the oven once marshmallows are toasted to your liking and top each with another graham cracker square.
  6. Press gently to form sandwiches and serve immediately.
