Quick and easy oven-baked s’mores with gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate sandwiched between crisp graham crackers. Perfect for making a large batch in minutes.
Ingredients
- 20 whole graham crackers (halved into 40 squares)
- 20 marshmallows
- 4 Hershey chocolate bars
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place 20 graham cracker squares on the baking sheet and top each with a piece of chocolate.
- Add one marshmallow on top of each chocolate piece.
- Place the pan on the center rack and broil for 1–2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven once marshmallows are toasted to your liking and top each with another graham cracker square.
- Press gently to form sandwiches and serve immediately.
